Payment Methods
Visa, Master Card,
No
checks, Cashiers Checks, and Postal Money Orders are
accepted.
All payments must be made in US Dollars.
For our own protection, credit card orders will only be shipped to
the billing address of the credit card.
We do NOT ship COD “Cash on Delivery” or accept orders made with
International Credit Cards. A physical shipping address is required
for delivery (Sorry no PO Boxes).
International Orders
All international orders will need to go through an
exporter or be pre-paid by U.S. funds transferred to our business
account. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. Your parts
and/or accessories will be released for shipping the next business
day AFTER the funds have cleared our bank. Please note: We do not
ship to Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Return Policies
Returned merchandise must be returned with in 30
days and accompanied by an original sales receipt and maybe
subject to a 25% restocking fee.
After 90 days NO RETURNS
Special Orders
Special order items must be prepaid at the time of the order and are
not subject to cancellation or return unless pre authorized by
Dale's Jet Sports.
Shipping Policies
Delivery and shipping charges will be calculated when
your order is placed. We ship via Priority Mail, US Postal Service
or Federal Express, at our discretion. If you require RUSH or
express delivery please indicate this at the time of your order.
Additional shipping charges may apply to express delivery.
We will NOT accept any freight-collect shipment, unless it's
pre-authorized by Dale’s Jet Sports. We reserve the right to refuse
packages that are not properly marked or packed.
We will not be responsible for damaged or lost items due to poor
handling or lack of insurance.
Warranty Disclaimer
All warranties expressed or implied including but not
limited to implied warranties of merchantability with respect to any
merchandise purchased are hereby disclaimed by Dale’s Jet Sports.
All claims of physical, incidental, consequential or special damage
are also hereby excluded.
Manufacturer warranty claims
should be directed to the manufacturer.

without notice and do not reflect applicable sales taxes or shipping
charges. Please check current pricing by email or phone before
